Beautiful, not that hard to put up.
Beautiful. Yes the instructions were not for this fan, but if you've ever put up a ceiling fan, this is no different. Took me maybe an hour, I didn't install the remote control as I wanted separate controls for fan and light. You can put this on a fan wall switch to control speed. The lights are weird as Everytime you turn it on it cycles; white, yellow, all, but all are too dim. I'm am looking at putting a double bulb to replace LED strip all together, then I'd have a proper dimming light.

beautiful fan! Love the bling, great purchase.
I really (REALLY) like this fan! For the reviewer that did this in 40 minutes, she is my hero! This isn't hard per se, but you do need to use your noggin putting this together. Are the directions great, no, but use a little common sense and you won't have a problem. I have installed ceiling fans before and they are all pretty much the same. Look at the pictures and look at the pictures online and a little common sense will get you far.The hardest part of my install and what made it take a little longer was my ceiling box is narrower than the ceiling fan hanger. Yes, my ceiling box is a fan rated box, and my house is a new build. I remedied the issue by a quick trip (ha, never a quick trip) to Lowes. I bought a 4" x 4" galvanized flat box cover with a pop out. I ended up drilling two holes and using 10 x 24 screws to install this piece to my ceiling box and then installing the hanger to the new cover. Worked well.Installing the fan itself is not hard. Installing the crystals could be frustrating if you are not used to putting stuff together. I laid out all the different sizes and counted. Then I counted on the light itself to see what lined up. Not too hard. I started from the inside and worked my way out. I ended up being one short of the far outside tear drop crystals - I already sent a message to the company and expect a response shortly. The large crystal balls are attached using the nail looking things. I saw the package and wondered why I had nails and what the heck did I miss? A little reasoning and seeing how I didn't have hangers to attach the balls answered my question. Bam! they are very bendable - insert into hole on top of crystal ball, end to make a hook and done.Biggest peeve...the remote takes a "special" battery. My fault for not reading closely but it cost me an extra trip to pick up battery.Don't get scared by the pieces, it really isn't that bad. Yes, it could have better directions - but everything is like this. A lot of common sense and it goes together easily.

Beautiful ceiling fan
Beautiful ceiling fan, instructions do not correspond to the model, it takes a long time to install it, but very satisfied with the final result.

I tried to make this work because it is "blingy" beautiful, but despite the discounted price the quality control ...
SO DISAPPOINTING! I tried to make this work because it is "blingy" beautiful, but despite the discounted price the quality control was just too poor. I read the previous reviews regarding missing parts and the wrong instruction book being sent , but figured they should have fixed that by now. I was WRONG! Some of the same things were missing in my packages. The center piece for hanging crystals was also missing in my order as well as the wrong instruction book being sent. Since I had already scheduled the installation I emailed the seller right away asking for the right instruction book and mentioned the missing pieces. It's been over 24 hours and mid week and I have not heard from them. So.... I tried putting the crystals in myself last night so it would take less time when the installer came and also found that a number of the shade crystals were either broken and or missing. I also became more concerned because the wiring seemed very shoddy making me think that possibly after paying to have it installed and my working on it for hours it might not work. The price was less than most like this model, but it remains true that you get what you pay for - in this case far less than what you pay for. I am now paying an extra $150.00 for a similar model that looks much better made and probably is! Oh also it says it is 48" - Much smaller fan span.

Think.. Its still free..
This is an amazing fan.. Its super quiet, moves a ton of air and yes come with a LED light kit..Duh! Gees i read some if the reviews obviouly lacking know how..Yes the fan has more parts then others, of course it does.. Took no more the 40 mins to assemble the blades and mounting parts and crystals. Very simple just a lil time consuming .. All in all 60 min fan was installed up and running totally perfectly.... And im a girl that did it all myself..

Beautiful fan
Fan is very quiet and gives off lots of air. The inner chrome piece has a mirror like finish and the crystal balls are not plastic. Mine arrived with a damaged led driver. Contacted the seller, they immediately sent me out a replacement which I received and it works great. I have mine hanging for my 3 foot rod with no problems.

Stunning with zero directions on how to put together!!
The media could not be loaded. I was searching for a beautiful fandelier and found this one. Stunning, however, check out the manual in my pictures. It had zero to do with the installation of this item. I tried to call customer service to no avail. I had a professional to put it together and install it but it took him three hours. It was trial and error and lots of guess work. I went on YouTube and found something similar for the electrician to follow as far as putting it together once we got beyond that part it was smooth sailing. It’s beautiful, but put on your thinking cap because there is no customer support... I reached someone in Jersey that said he designs for them but couldn’t help me.It’s missing a cover for the motor so I’ll be reaching out for that.

Be prepared for lots of assembly
Looks great as a chandelier all the crystals really glow has three different shades of light. Took a long time to assemble would have been easier if I assembled it down on the ground first. The only reason I got four stars instead of 5 is because the level of difficulty to assemble all the little pieces correctly.
