I have been wanting to do my own nails for quite a while. Mainly just to save money. I tried using gel directly over my real nails.. no success. I would buff my nails, use the 3 in 1 dehydrator, builder gel, gel base, gel polish and top coat. It never failed, I would have one or two peel off a couple days. I decided to try these gel nails then apply the gel on top of those. It was a game changer. Day 3, no chips, no peeling, no lifting. I did file them down, though. I purchased the short almond and they were still a little long for me personally. I type all day so I needed a manageable length. The black polish is a beetles gel color. Process. I buffed my real nails with a nail tool I purchased from Amazon. Applied the gel glue w/nail then cured with a regular LED/UV lamp for gel nails. I did do each nail individually and hold in place for 30 seconds. Then once each nail was one completed, placed back under lamp for 30 additional seconds. Next, I buffed out each “false” nail to make them rough. Then I followed my normal gel routine, base, gel, gel polish, top coat. Cured the first two for 30 seconds and top coat for 60. I do like the nail width so I didn’t apply any builder gel before applying the gel polish. My personal preference. I would recommend these. Easy application. I have one photo with flash and one without. Looks great!

When I first opened them I was nervous about them being to thin but they aren't znx especially once you put some layers of gel on they are very sturdy. I'd buy again!

Just as described. Length was perfect and the nail thickness closest to the cuticle was nice and thin and malleable enough that it molded to my nails (which arched rather than flat) perfectly!

The product had a weird sound every time you moved the nail which I didn’t like but everything else about it was good! I liked it but you have to file it which can smell bad.

These short square nail tips are my favorite. They are easy to work with on my fingers. I am new to doing my own nails but I found these very easy to apply. They are strong and I have not had one bend or break. They were easy to polish and remove when I was finished wearing them. They looked very attractive. They stayed on as long as professional nails did about two weeks for me.

Great tips. They are a little longer than I expected, but that is my fault for not looking at the dimensions. Hold up well and have no issues with them.
