I got this pillow because I’m a side sleeper I would wake up with a pinching a nerve and wake up to my arm and shoulder tingling in pain beyond a limb following asleep now that is all gone but I got a crazy idea would it help my husband who snores and well yes he no longer is snoring. So not only do I wake up in less pain but get better sleep because he is no longer disturbing my sleep. He doesn’t have sleep apnea far as we know. But it has helped lift his head to place his throat and jaw into a better position. I sleep better not hearing his snoring and he also gets a more restful sleep and waking up less tired. He Is now exmilitary and sleeps anywhere and in any position this is the first time in his sleep he looks for a pillow in his sleep his body knows this pillow gives him better sleep. During deployment when I got the pillow for him where good sleep was hard to come by he had gotten better sleep and made deployment easier by better sleep. I know this will also help all the blue collar workers out there as well. They work hard and long hours on the home front.

The thickest option is a little more firm that what is ideal, but it's durable. Judging by the reviews of the thinner option, it seems that you will sacrifice some durability if you choose the thinner option for the sake of softness. You may want the middle thickness in general, if it suits your shape well enough. Other reviewers are saying this is not cooling foam. They are probably right that memory foam has some degree of cooling properties in general, but there is no way this has any more cooling properties than any other memory foam. If so, it is undetectable. All that said, the soreness in my neck did go away after I used this pillow for a couple of weeks. It is not so firm that my ears fall asleep or anything, but my head does kind of hit the pillow with a "thunk"...lol. This is my first cube pillow, and I am glad I got used to a one this firm before I knew any difference. You save a lot of money not getting the name brand, but if you are really picky about the cooling features or the firmness then you may struggle to adjust to this type of pillow. I still can't tell if my wife is going to switch back to a normal pillow, but I like the way this feels at the high angle for sitting up and at the low angle for reading on my back then I can easily turn for sleep without moving the pillow at all. It is different, yes, but I am not going back to a normal pillow.

I was nervous about getting this pillow because its memory foam which tends to be on the softer side, but when someone else left a review saying it was too firm i knew this was for me!! This is most definitely firm just as it claims to be which is perfect for the type of support I need. I am 5ft tall 125lbs and got the smallest size 24x12x4 and its perfect. Will order another for the other side of the bed.

Very firm, so 5 inches is too tall bc it doesn't sink in enough.

I washed the pillow according to package instructions, and large chunks of the memory foam broke off.

I'm a side sleeper and didn't find this comfortable at all and found it hard. That could just be me though. I used it a couple of times and now it sits on the bed.

The square pillow is genius and this brand meets all expectation.
