The product is fantastic and works perfectly. It is a bit bulkier than I expected, but that’s fine. It works perfectly for the ice creams we are making. I totally recommend it, but it should be handled by someone with experience.

The 16” shank is too long for a home stock pot. I need to buy a 12” shank but can’t seem to get info so I can let the company know what I want tho it worked as an appliance wonderful just too big.

Stopped working after less than 10 hours of use. Seems like buttons are stuck almost but just stopped working.

The immersion blender is durable and reliable. Our kitchen uses it multiple times everyday with no issues like overheating. We misplaced the small "Spline" piece earlier this week, and the customer support was very responsive and sent us a replacement part within the week. We appreciate the product and the service!

This simply doesn't get my tomato soup as smooth as I'm used to seeing. I leave it in on high for 10 minutes but it's still pretty gritty. Probably great for most uses. Not as strong a puree as I'd like. Update: one year later I'm buying a more expensive brand. This one can't get a soup smooth.

I purchased a Vonci 500 W stick blender for my restaurant. It worked great for around 8 months of very heavy and demanding use. I emailed Vonci customer service about the problem and was quickly contacted by Jack Jia who offered amazing customer service! He requested I send a picture of my original Amazon purchase order, a video showing the unit plugged in and not working as well as a pic of the model/serial number sticker on the side of the the blender motor. Two days later I received an email for Jack Jia stating they would ship me a brand new blender stuck! WOW!!! All I can say is I am extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Jack Jia and will be a loyal Vonci customer going forward.
