I love this product. We all need magnesium because our body doesn't make it so we must supplement. But this one has 7 types of magnesium which is better. I used to take only magnesium glycinate which is more absorbable, but the varying absorption rates with the different types are specific, targeted health benefits, such as improving sleep, boosting energy, or aiding digestion. I love these magnesium dietary supplements. I’ve been using it every night. It comes nice and sealed with a cotton round on top just like all I do notice a bit of a difference with helping with sleep, but since there’s seven different magnesium formulas I haven’t noticed how much difference with those yet But so far this is my second purchase and I am loving it. The size of these are pretty big. It’s easy to swallow with water. I wouldn’t recommend it without water. I love the health benefits of it. I’m just hoping the calming effect kicks in soon so far I’m gonna give it four stars just cause it helps so much with the sleep And restfulness.

I am so happy to finally find a magnesium formulation that doesn't make me sick! I have experienced better energy and mental clarity since starting this supplement. Right now I am only taking one capsule with my evening meal and it seems to be adequate for my needs. I also really appreciate that this is third party tested and I think it it awesome that there is a satisfaction guarantee. I have wasted a lot of money on other products that made me feel much worse rather than helping.

Have been using this product for a few months. Bought it after reading an article on the importance of all forms of magnesium for your body. It has definitely improved my sleep but I think I have derived other benefits as well.

It's hilarious this actually gave me muscle spasms that i didn't have before. But i'm not judging the product. I'm sure it is a great and high quality magnesium supplement. But my own body seems to be the opposite of everything normal. There are many other examples with me too. Like antibiotics are supposed to give people diarrhea but they make me constipated instead. So anyways i think this is a great and high quality magnesium supplement but i realized i shouldn't take it. It also made it harder for me to concentrate. I'm just sharing to help the reader think about the purpose of it and if it would really accomplish that or be good overall. I'm just Going to focus on good diet and let my body do the rest of the magic.

I noticed improvement in my sleep within a couple days and my early morning leg cramps are much less frequent and less severe. I only take one capsule at dinner even though two is recommended. It works for me. Very pleased.
