Bought the mug pretty much exactly a year ago for my husband!!!! Just had to buy another one because he snapped the lid when he dropped it but it lasted a whole year and everything else was still perfect! He goes to work at six in the morning and comes home at 6 PM still with ice in his cup! Ice retention is amazing, and it stays hot forever as well! The seal is great, no leaking at all! Grip makes it super easy to hold!

Fits my personal and work vehicle cup holders perfectly. Brewed/poured at 9PM, still warm at 12AM. Base on current temperature, id say around 1AM is when it'll be fully cooled off. Exterior of the mug is noticeably cold to the touch, but contents are remaining warm/hot, insulation is definitely working. Is it the BEST? No, but i think ~4hrs of warmth is pretty darn good given the price, it actually keeps my coffee hot enough for me to finish(i hate drinking cold, hot brew coffee. I normally waste 3/4 of my coffee due to it getting cold). Fyi, the straw hole seals closed when not in use by a spring loaded flap, mouth piece tab/seal locks/snapps firmly in place. Love the handle, feels like it'll hold up just fine for standard use, and is comfortable to hold but I wouldn't drop the mug on it, i have a hunch that it might break if you do😅

Very nice mug. Seals well. Keeps coffee hot for hours even when laying in the snow in below freezing temperatures. The size is large and it still fits well in a cars cup holder. Is very durable but would still probably dent if dropped.

It keeps drinks hot for a long time and the insulation works great. The handle makes it very comfortable to hold, especially when the mug is full. The stainless steel feels durable, the lid fits well, and it’s perfect for travel or everyday use. Great quality and very practical.

Good coffee mug. Easy to clean and keep my coffee hot for hours. I haven't used the straw because who uses them anyways. Other than that, I enjoy it.

Good cup and it does not leak, which is a big plus. In cold outdoor weather, it won’t keep drinks hot for many hours, so it depends on what you’re looking for. For office use or bringing drinks indoors, it’s perfect. At room temperature, it keeps my drink warm from around noon until 9 pm.
