More than met my expectations;
only been a month or two but so far very happy with it, hope in a year or two I can say the same, for now it has more than met my expectations, very fast, easy and fast to get everything hooked up and working, amazingly windows 11 pro seems to be a big improvement, my wonderful 20 year old brother printer, cannon scanner all are working fine,

No Bluetooth ability
Did not come with Bluetooth capability. I assumed it did, everything runs on Bluetooth. I had to buy an external adapter.

Fast Running Pc with 24 hours support
This refurbished Dell Precision 3630 Tower pc is exactly what I wanted. It has room for 2 additional hard drives, 32 GB ram, 1 tb ssd drive and Windows 11 Pro.When the wrong pc was shipped, I called at 10pm and talked with their support. I sent a photo of the pc I received...the next day they emailed me a paid shipping return label. Several days later I received the correct pc. I've never had 24 hr support for an order before.I've been buying refurbished Dell pcs for years and they never come with a Windows "restore disk". You can create a restore point using Windows.

Good computer for the price
Great computer for the price. The reason for the 4 star is because one of the locks on the back are broken, the adapter to go from display port to humi started over heating and the monitor wouldn't work. We ordered a new wire to fix this issue. The hard drive holder als9had a broken tab. My daughter is happy to have a good quality computer otherwise!.

I purchased this to replace my aging Plex server and I was not disappointed. Room for expansion and everything was clean and well refurbished

Defective Refurb computer
I received a defective Refurb computer from this seller. They refused to replace it. I won't buy from them again.

My new PC runs much faster than my old one. I am very satisfied with the Dell 3630 Tower.
Installing and using the pc was very easy and the performance is so much better than my old PC.

Great price, No wifi
Powered up PC and the wifi won't pick up anything. There is no wifi/Bluetooth card installed. I have a Wi-Fi dongle for other PC and plugged it in and I'm getting wifi through it. Disappointed but not a deal breaker since I plan to run an Ethernet cable to it anyway. Since the listing states "internal wifi" they should make sure it works before sending it out. If you plan on using wifi, probably not a good purchase.
