I love these graham crackers! They are gluten-free and dairy free, which is important to my family, but the taste is amazing! They actually have little bits of ginger in them, which is delicious. Also they're not too sweet. We like to make smores with them, or just eat them with some almond milk.

Love these biscuits. They have a wonderful crunchy texture and enjoyable ginger flavor. Love them......especially that they are free of wheat flour and essentially good for you!!

I love ginger and you can really taste the ginger in these crackers. They are very slightly sweet like a digestive but go perfectly with a strong English cheddar. They are also good on their own or with a cup of tea. Only downfall is I want to keep eating them so try to limit myself.

I love these biscuits. I use them as base for graham cracker crusts for cheese cake or ganache pie, simply with tea, and they are perfection for summer campfire s'mores. I had these first on a trip to Scotland and am so grateful they are available here in the States. I keep several boxes in my pantry at ALL times!
