We love our "ear-i-gator"
The design make sense. The ear cup is pliable enough to fit a variety of size faces, with and without a beard. Where it has a drain tube, it is easy to use at the bathroom sink without drenching yourself. We have used over a dozen times and have yet to need to recharge (came fully charged). We use 1 full warm water for each ear. The buttons are easy to use without having to visualize while in use. Pressure is enough without feeling like you are being blasted by an industrial pressure washer.

Might be my new go-to!
Alright, this is going to be a little gross, so be warned!I have had pretty waxy ears my entire life to the point where every six months or so, my ears get entirely blocked up due to wax. Q-tips don't help (in fact, they ALWAYS make the problem worse) so recently I discovered ways to properly flush my ears. This water pump might just be the easiest way to flush out wax that I've used so far.The machine is super easy to use, keeps the mess to a minimum and extracts a fair amount of wax. The only problem I've found with it is that because it doesn't come with any sort of wax softener, I don't know if it was able to remove the larger pieces from my ear. I usually wait to clear my ears until I notice major blockage (which wasn't the case when I used this) so I wasn't able to extract any huge pieces, however, I think that might have just been because there weren't many huge pieces. This device was able to clear out plenty of smaller pieces of wax and did it in half the time of other flushing methods I've used. Similarly, it kept the water mess to a minimum thanks to how well made the ear cup is.In terms of battery life, I don't think anyone will have any issues with it as long as they charge it for an hour or two before they use it. I used the more intense cleaning settings on each of my ears twice in a single use and didn't have any problems. Super simple to use as well.Highly recommend.

Works ok
This is really easy to use. It’s just a matter of filling the little water tank with warm body-temp water and turning the unit on. I used it on the lowest “soft” or “child” setting as a new user - as suggested in the included instruction book. It had good water spray without being too harsh. The water sprays out from the unit into the ear canal, the water is caught by the unit’s ear cover, and then it drains out the attached hose. I used half the water tank per ear.Although I do like the clean feeling I have from washing out my ears, I’m not sure it’s really helpful for me. I have dry ear wax and when I used a cotton swab to absorb some of the remaining water in my ear canal, there was some wax on the cotton when I pulled it out. Maybe I just didn’t rinse long enough or should have used a stronger setting. In any case, I do believe it would be helpful for the thick type of ear wax. I think the warm water and rinsing action is probably better suited to clearing out that type of wax.

So much easier to use without making a mess
I am prone to ear infections and have been my entire life. It wasn't so bad in my teens and twenties, but it seems to have come back with a vengeance. I've found the best solution is an ear camera and flushing when needed. I don't usually get dry sticky wax. I get lots and lots of.... goop. And large chunks of soft white stuff.TMI. I'm sorry. Q-tips usually make things worse and I've found the best solution is to flush out the goop, use a q-tip to dry up the excess liquid and then leave it alone. In the past, I have used wax softening drops beforehand to make things easier. This is super easy to use. I have squeeze bottle flushers and they work great but they're hard to use by yourself without making a mess. This eliminates that problem. It was effective for me. Would order again.

Easy to use and less messy than other methods
Came nicely packaged with everything needed to operate. Charged quickly. Instructions were clear and easy to understand but left out the information on the ear tips. It includes 6 tips which are two different styles but there is nothing in the instructions or on the packaging as to what the difference was between the two so I could figure out which one to start with. It is listed on the product listing so I was able to figure it out, but feel like I shouldn’t have to go to the listing page to find this information. The unit was easy to assemble and easy to fill. Make sure you use water that is closer to body temperature because getting that right makes a world of difference. When I’ve had the water a little too warm or too cold, it did cause some discomfort. Once you have it filled, place the tip in position with the cup pressed firmly to your face and press the power button and it’s fully automated (I stuck with the gentle/child method). I had a cup for the water to drain into to see if it was removing wax each time. The first run, there wasn’t anything visible so I decided to have another go at it and refilled the tank. By the 2nd run, it was starting to drain visible wax. So overall it does work well, but it takes 2-3 runs for you to really start to see the results.

Wont do this again!
I am very finicky about my ears and thought this might help especially if I used warm water. I tried using this in the shower but part way through doing it I felt that the shower wasn't the best place for me to do this. So I finished my shower and had my husband help me. I used this the way the instructions said too and I won't be doing that again. Water in my ears is not a good match for me, that is why I wear ear plugs in the shower. This thing caused my ears to clog and I wound up having to go and get the drops that I usually have to use to unclog my ears. I had an ear ache for 3 days before it finally dried up. If you have sensitive ears please use caution when using this item.

Works Great
I usually clean my ears with a bit of soap, but spend time twisting my neck in crazy positions to try and get the shower water to rinse it out. This ear cleaner makes cleaning your ears simple. You can either attach the water catcher with tube if you're cleaning over a sink, or just remove that part and clean in the shower like I do. Easy.
