The media could not be loaded. This product is amazing. I’ve had a fair share of incubators, and this one is in the lead. It pumps water to maintain humidity per user settings, and the temperature reached its setting in just a few minutes. The white tray that turns the eggs can come out to set the eggs on day 18. It has an amazing manual with great documentation and well written English. It even has a guide chart for different eggs at different seasons. I am so happy with this incubator. It’s definitely worth the purchase. I was skeptical about it at first due to the lack of reviews, but I’m glad I bought it, and I’m happy to give it its first review.When the eggs hatch, I will post a photo or update my review.Update:Out of 15 eggs, I had 4 eggs which were infertile. Of the 11 eggs which were fertile, 10 chickens hatched. 10/11 = 91% hatch rate. Mind you, these eggs were shipped. That is pretty darn good.I was a bit nervous because the turning did cause some eggs to flip upwards occasionally. I designed and 3D printed some spacers to help keep the eggs in position, but I only did it for 4 of the eggs and it turned out to not be necessary. One other thing is that the buttons sometimes would get stuck when I was adjusting some settings and it is difficult to unstuck the buttons. The machine was made in China, but if the seller reads my review I hope they adjust that functionality.Other than that, this incubator was amazing. I had 2 incubators hatching the same set of eggs. While this one had a 91% hatch rate, the other had an 80% hatch rate plus didn’t have any infertile eggs.

Bought for my wife for Christmas. Finally using in June (way past return date, and no way to contact manufacturer). Worked as advertised for the 1st week then would constantly go over alarm set points by a couple degrees.Put in garage, cold basement, adjusted vent, etc. It appears the heater is going bad and runs inconsistently.Manual states to email them with issues but does not give an email address. No sign of a website for the manufacturer either.

Manual has clear direction's on how to calibrate if you're needing to adjust (I adjusted based on both my govee hygrometers). It was pretty close to accurate to begin with but I still made the small calibrated adjustments.** I got rid of my NR360's since humidity needed babysat constantly, with this it is literally just preset and let the machine do the work for you which is especially important during lockdown.Last batch: 6 of 8 Silkie eggs hatched (2 were quitters but due to wonky saddle air cells & not the incubator). Egg turner Tray comes out (I do suggest adding shelf liner for lockdown to prevent splay leg from no traction).To stop egg turner, just unplug the connection wire inside.The dome is so clear that if you place the eggs correctly, you can candle them with out opening the lid (I added a picture of this), of course light colored eggs.This does show which incubation day you are on (the manual shows details how to view).Comes with 12v plug incase of power loss.You can set the alarm perimeters for both humidity and temperature (will keep beeping if it falls outside the perimeter you set, hit the minus key to stop the alarm).Can set egg turning time (90sec is preset) and if you want 1 or 2 directions.

So it looks cheap when you open it but if it had worked I would not have cared. I’ve learned to make sure you can get the temperature and humidity right before you put eggs in to bake. Used the hose for the water and after two days the humidity level never got about 32%. There is a small circle in the center of the incubator I put water in it. It made the humidity come up to 50%. But opening the lid to keep putting water in that defeats the purpose of the auto humidity aspect. Then you have to listen to the obnoxious beeping til the temp goes up again.So I sent it back. It got a one Star because it was actually packaged very well.

I have plans to hatch more eggs.

The media could not be loaded. This incubator seems to work very well! Self rotates and has a pump to keep the humidity correct. Temp has stayed perfect the whole time!The only thing I wish or had was a handle to lift the cover off, it is very hard to lift it without it slipping from your hands. I am extremely careful and it still slipped and landed on some of my eggs 😭😭Aside from the handle this is well worth the money!

I am using them for chicken eggs and quail eggs and I love them you basically set it and forget it find you a jar or bottle that you can put water in and stick the hose down in there just keep an eye on your water level and keep account of your days and they do everything themselves if you are a working person and don't have time to constantly turn eggs throughout the day this totally does it all for you

Was broken befor I could even use it. Love it and wanted to just replace it, but that is not an option. The buttons on the top do not work so you can not change any settings, so it is worthless.
