I make salsa every year in a very deep pot. I bought this long spoon (finally) and I love it. It's very sturdy and does its job perfectly.

This spoon was perfect. Just the length I needed.

Spoon handle is too hard for senior hands. Need something more comfortable and easy to grip and stir.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It's extra long.

We make popcorn balls for the holidays. We learned it from our parents so its a family tradition. Anyone who makes candy knows how hot that candy syrup gets. (270 degrees for popcorn balls!) So when you're stirring that syrup and popcorn together you don't want to get any syrup on you. I have and I can tell you, it burns! A lot! Then I found this very long spoon. It helps me stay away from from the hot syrup and makes stirring the whole mess together into a cohesive whole easy. Making popcorn balls this year was a breeze! And no burns, either! Thank you for the perfect product once again!
