Love this at my kitchen sink! Makes handwashing so much easier. Actually have dawn dish soap there so easy to use to wash dishes but also can use for hands. Looks so much better than a bottle of soap in counter. Light weight so isn’t pulling on counter or sink and very durable. The installation was super easy just twist it on, I did myself without hubby. For the price you can’t beat it and it makes your sink look so much nicer! The pump works awesome. Never had trouble out of it. Easy to refill as well! Worth the price

Our old dispenser needed to be replaced. This one works great. Assembly was very easy.

Well constructed and nicely finished above-counter elements. Install is easy (not so much for the location where I had to replace the old dispenser, as it was really hard to reach without pulling out my dishwasher!) once I had the old unit out. Worked without issue and appeared to be tight with no leaks. Price was competitive.

It looks great and feels like legitimate solid brass. It dispenses soap from any direction easily and with a satisfying amount of resistance. It is a very simple design, in that the top simply sits on the base and can be lifted off at will to refill the reservoir. I think the simplicity is good for longevity - no extra components used for securing things together, so less breakable parts. But it also means the top can wobble a little bit, and maybe being able to lift it off at any time makes it seem less ‘premium’. Maybe where the top sits on the bottom could have been shaped better to avoid the wobble. It’s not enough to bother me though, but might be a consideration for some. Overall I’m satisfied with it and it looks great with my brass faucet.

The build quality is excellent, solid and made of steel. Pressing it feels great, unlike the cheap Chinese dispensers I’ve had before. The only drawback is that the top wiggles a bit, and I worry that pressing it at the wrong angle could cause it to bend.

Since the mechanism is not working well, soap can't be dispensed. It's regrettable.

Beautiful, but I’m in between colours that’ll match my cabinet pulls. I ordered the brushed brass and champagne bronze colour hoping one would match my cabinet pulls, but it’s right in between. Champagne bronze is a very muted gold and can even look silver in some lighting.

I’ve had 2 of these installed for 22 months. Not a problem at all with them. The pumps still work and the finish still looks great. No discoloration from rust or the soap. The seal around the base is still holding, preventing leaks from the counter into the cabinet. Easy to install. Easy to refill with a funnel.
