Bought this for my son and he was so excited to get it. He put it together immediately.

Sturdy and well made my kids absolutely love it. Grate price ad good size. I give it 4 star just to leave som room to improve. Not that is something wrong with it.

Having two kids can definitely make decisions tougher than they need to be. My boys are huge robot fans. So when I saw this why not. Give their age difference I figured I'd get the small one for my younger son and the large for the older kid. Now I wish I just had two large ones. Not to say I can't make a return and purchase but they're already in to them that I just don't want to deal with swapping for them. To start I thought for sure these were going to be cheap robots that look nothing like the images. I was half right. The images provided by the vendor is so edited I thought I might be getting robots with some LED features that was not the case. The 10inch model definitely out shines the 8in by a lot. If it's in your budget go for the 10.Right away you can the detail that the 8 inch lacks. For on the sword not having a silver edgento area that are just plain plastic and you definitely start to feel like you got ripped off with the 8. With the 10 inch model every thing felt more premium. To the parts that join the robots together to the joints itself. Now my 6 year son tried taking apart the 8inch one for his brother and ended up break the joints/elbow of one them. My first thoughts are he's really strong or that toy was really weak. The parts that joins the robot in to a large humanoid definitely locke better in the 10inch while the 8inch I found even myself struggling to keep the back piece on the torso just to have it easily pop off. The Again th 10inch model holds tight that you need to force it off. The 10inch is definitely the star of the models. As far as durability goes I would not recommend dropping and of these robots pieces on a hard floor especially above 3 feet. Overall my kids love it and I like the larger model.

Pictures are not entirely indicative of what you're getting in box. Individual parts don't look like they do in display pictures nor do they work like they do as displayed. Item in pictures clearly is supposed to look like a premium item when in reality it's just simple and chunky kids toy. Not worth the price.

My son loves this toy. It's not bad for the price but the value would've been better if the lockup between the legs and torso held up better to simple movement. The plastic friction lock leaves much to be desired. I fixed it by adding a slight layer of super glue to the cylinder of the friction lock.

These aren't exactly Hasbro quality, and some of the parts hang a little loose, but this is a really fun toy for littler kids, ages 5 and up. The individual pieces kind of transform, but not really. There are very few small parts to worry about and combining is a cinch.
