Definitely Helps
I actually don't use this ON my teeter, as I like to keep that pretty "clean" for it's main use. I DO however use it by itself on the floor. I was using a foam roller or rolled up towel previously, but thought I would give this a try. It's obviously better designed for it's intended purpose than the aforementioned. The fact that it swivels actually helps to get it in just the right spot. I've switched back and forth between the two attachments, depending on the intensity I need at that time.

Relieves tension headaches FAST
I was so impressed with my teeter inversion table, I tried this accessory. It looks like hard plastic, but it has flex. It also pivots for comfort. I almost bought a generic soft product similar to this, but this works great and is comfortable. It's not comfortable at first - because your muscles are tight. But it really loosens then up. This relieves my tension headaches faster than anything else. There is even a more intense rubber bar to use. That thing really gets in and stretches your neck. It's intense, but the benefits can't be denied. Now I'm glad that I didn't buy the foam version. This one really stretches and improves, instead of being a semi supportive pillow. I can't really say if other styles work. But I can definitely vouch that this one does!

Absolute junk AVOID
I bought this thinking it would help with my neck pain. HOLY HURT BATMAN! This thing will cripple you. Shame on me for waiting too long to return it. Used it for 5 minutes and now it will sit in it's stupid box until I can stomach throwing it in the trash can!

MADE MY NECK SORE FOR 3 DAYS.
maybe you have to get use to it , but it almost shut me down, hurt for 3 days or more from shoulder to shoulder, walked around like I forgot to take the hanger out of my shirt in pain. haven't used since, might try again , don't know, it was very uncomfortable the days after. didn't hurt while I was using it but didn't feel like it was doing what it should be doing. muscle pain inducer plus is what I call it.
