USELESS BATTERY!!!!
BATTERY IS USELESS!Honestly I’ve fully charged the Segway and the battery doesn’t even last half hour 😡The Segway was a lot of money for what it is.FRUSTRATING AS I CAN NOT GET HOLD OF THE SELLER WHAT SO EVERDO NOT BUY THIS ITEM

Used by a little lad of 4 stone a handful of times indoors & one wheel kept looking up & notchy, item returned for a full refund.

Broke completely just after return window closed
All appeared well and our son was really pleased with his Christmas present. Unfortunately, it has developed a series of faults and it just doesn't work - won't calibrate, one wheel sticks and it won't hold a charge. These faults started in the first week of February and our Amazon returns window closed at the end of January. I would love somebody from the supplier to contact me to discuss a fair solution, as for its price this hoverboard should be expected to last longer than 6 weeks.
