Good Multivitamin Supplement.
Good Product. Worked for me. Could clearly see the difference for better in my body after taking this multivitamin supplement. I researched many multivitamin supplements and this is the only supplement which is giving 100% RDA for most vitamins & minerals in a single capsule. Consistency in taking the supplement daily is key factor to see change. Stocked it for long term. One challenge(or)negative I could find is the capsule size is somewhat big(Maybe because of all the vitamins and minerals with 100% RDA they have to pack in). But, that is not a deal breaker for me. Overall, thumbs up from my end.
