You can purchase a pillow with a hole in it for an exorbitant price that will protect your ear. As we get older the blood flow to our ears decreases and they will bleed just from the pillow tension. This continuous pressure and bleeding causes pain and permanent damage to the exterior ear. My dermatologist said there was nothing one could do to alleviate this situation. He was wrong. This or a pillow with a hole works! My ear is healed and I sleep very well on this support. Thanks!

The pillow has velvety cover, not cotton, definitely not organic. Label says - material magnetotherapy, lining cotton, filling pro spirogyra. Does not say where it is made, but lot's of Chinese writing, so probably in China. Very misleading description on Amazon.

Thisnlittle bone pillow fits perfectly at the back of the neck. It is a little too firm for sleeping on, but is GREAT in the car.

Got this pillow for over a week, reat product for an office lady like me. Sitting in front of my desk most of the time of the day, this cushion pillow supports my lower back and felt so comfortable. Already forgot how tired and achy I used to be without it. Also it fits my car seat, just don't like switch it around from chair to the car seat, lol definitely will get another one and recommend to friends.

I really like this little pillow. It is very soft and comforting. I'm not sure how much it does for my neck but it is a constant reminder to relax while driving.
