This was by far the WORST case EVER!! Literally after 3 days of normal use (no drops) the little silver "connector" that's supposed to help hold the pieces together fell off randomly and the other one is barely hanging on. Also, the upper and lower cases are slipping off BY ITSELF!! IT CAUSED ME TO DROP MY PHONE FOR THE 1ST TIME! ALSO, u can NEVER use ur fingerprint on the power button bc the depth of case does not allow ur thumb to touch it. INSTANT RETURN!

with the card it is difficult to continue using it.the hinge gave away before the card could be used

I like the slot for the card, however the clasps on the side rip away from the plastic very easily and the hole on the side for the fingerprint reader is too high for it to read your fingerprint properly.

Let me first start by saying I bought the Zflip3 card case, then the 4 and now this 5 from this same brand/vendor. While this zflip5 case I got was intended to be temporary until a better zflip5 card case came out, I didn't have high expectations given the cost. I even looked past the fact they only made it in clear for a card holding case (dumb idea IMO) but if something has an engineering flaw that affects usability, well that I can't forgive and hence a courteous 2 star down grade. I did my best to take a photo to help illustrate the depth of the side button/fingerprint scanner because they made it too deep that you have to wedge your thumb, apply decent pressure just to unlock (hmm, how could a flaw like this happen?). While I don't think this is the case, I'd be more forgiving if they tried to blame samsung and say they sent the wrong phone dimensions and they had to be made before release so they didn't have a hard prototype to design or run through quality assurance before sign off.

It does the job but not being able to unlock the device because my fingerprint can't reach is bothersome.
