PILBOX Classic

I have had three of these Pilbox Classic, over the last TWENTY years. When the doors started to fail on my last (ten year old) one I searched high and low for an identical replacement. The beauty of it is that the clear lid opens to reveal all of the open pill trays. You don't have to open 28 little doors to refill it. Put all your weeks pills in and press the button on each compartment for the pills you need. New, on the back, is a compartment where you can slide in a list of the contents. Downside is that, at £20+ it is now more than £8 dearer than it's predecessor was, but that was 10 years ago. Although all the days and times are in French (I just put stickers over mine) I still feel that it is, without doubt the best weekly dosage box on the market. Delivery took six days but I think it came from France and it was delivered on a Sunday.

Excellent pill box for my needs only drawback is the wording on the front of the box is all in French. This does not cause me any problems, but could confuse some elderly people, I think you may be able to request the box in english when ordering. But once again I think this product is excellent, build quality is also excellent and very strong hope this review helps.

Well made item - just what I was looking for.......... but.......... after a while the little doors started sticking halfway open, trapping the pills, you then had to open the lid and try and push the door wide open with your finger to release the pills. On occasions even if the door opens correctly the pills don't appear at the exit point - it it necessary to tap the whole box to get the pills to come out. If this device worked properly all the time it would be brilliant - mine doesn't and isn't !

Over the years we have had several of these they are excellent for storing and dispenseing medication over a weekly period.

Just tried it once but seems okay, although I think it might be better with two.

Perfect as a replacement for the same make that I have used for nearly 15 years,top marks for this product.

A great piece of kit, it would be nice if it was marked in English not French

Sistema de apertar e dispensar os comprimidos é muito prático. Somente observar a quantidade de comprimidos que o espaço comporta. Entretanto, para que utiliza muitos suplementos no forma de cápsulas grandes, pode ser um limitador.

Pilulier très pratique, la personne en est satisfaite.

By far the easiest and most convenient pill box I have ever used. It may seem expensive but it is worth every cent. I use it every day and every day it gives me childlike pleasure to push the right square, see the pills fall through the trapdoor and shake them out in my hand. Don't tell the seller, but if I ever had to replace it, I would gladly pay double what I did now.No more dropped pills, wrong lids sliding open etc. I can even use it in the dark.The squares are quite big, all of my 6 morning pills and capsules fit in there.Only disadvantage I can think of is that it is really a stationary box, made for a bedside table, kitchen or bathroom cabinet. You can't pop it in your bag for on the go. It's both too big and it would probably trigger the mechanism.
