What a great little set! Love that it helps with multiple issues from supporting your immune system, to providing antioxidants, to managing inflammation or helping with bruising. I feel like this set just helps with so much stuff, that I really see myself getting some use out of it. For example, I have a microneedling appointment coming up soon and I know the bromelain will definitely help get rid of my usually bruising even quicker. Love that it’s a 60 day supply so you can really start to see some benefits. I’ve only been using them for a few days, but I look forward to seeing continued results. The pills are average size and easy to take- no real taste, and no negative effects like bloating etc. Can’t wait to see some positive effects!

I’ve been using this 3-in-1 stack (Nattokinase, Bromelain, Curcumin) for about a month now. Overall, I’m pretty happy with it. The capsules are easy to take, though the Bromelain ones are a little bigger than I expected. I started feeling a slight improvement in joint stiffness and overall energy after about two weeks—not a huge difference overnight, but steady progress. One thing to know: the Bromelain bottle only has 60 capsules while the others have 120, so you’ll need to reorder it sooner or plan around that. No bad side effects for me, and I appreciate that they’re vegetarian capsules with no weird fillers. The price seemed high at first, but for three separate supplements, it’s actually fair. Just be patient..not an instant fix, but it feels like it’s helping with long-term inflammation and recovery. Would only recommend if you’re consistent with it.
