Nifty little tool
First off, prep the area. Make sure you wipe the dent with rubbing alcohol to remove any wax or oils. Next, pick the correct dent popper attachment. Get your glue gun and stick ready. Remember steel is maliable so you sometimes have to manipulate it by pulling at different parts of the dent and with different attachments. I used a basic low temp glue gun with super bond brand glue sticks from Walmart. One of the bigger, deeper dents took me about 12 tries to get it to completely come out. One smaller dent took about 6 pulls. Don't listen to the reviews that say it didn't work, it works perfectly fine. Just need to do it right and have patience. This was done on a 2016 explorer.

Requires a glue gun - did not work
I understood that I would need my own glue gun. However, there were no instructions with the product and when I watched and followed videos it would not remove any dents. The glue release before the dent popped out. Might work for some, but did not for me.

Larger the dent, the more useful it is, small dents not so much
This tool has limited usefulness. Its really only useful for larger dents that mostly just pop back into place when you pull on them. Think caved in plastic bumpers or body panels. This will get you 75%-95% of the way home on those. If you are trying to pull hail dents about the size of a penny with access to only one side of the dent, a reverse slide hammer type would work better. If you have access to both sides of the dent then a body hammer and a swage would be much better. Don't try to use this on hail dents or you'll be pulling your hair out.

Didn't work for me
I had a little dent in the gas tank of my motorcycle. Tried using the glue gun and this unit to pull it out but the clue would not stick to the unit or the tank? Thought it might have been the clue stick so I went to the local craft store, asked a couple questions brought another pack home and tried it again. Same issue so I'm done with it.

Worked well on refrigerator flat surface dent
Had about a 2” dent in the flat front panel of fridge door. Fairly superficial without any creases in the dent.I used a high temperature glue gun with mini Gorilla glue sticks, which were much stronger than craft/hobby glue sticks. Don’t get frustrated if the dent isn’t repaired instantly. This repair took me about 15 pulls/attempts with varying sized tabs.Glue will inevitably stick to your fridge door and on the surface of the plastic pulls. Simply use rubbing alcohol to remove the dried hot glue.Overall worked on a small dent.

Waste of money
This kit did not come with any instruction or adhesive. You can’t use anything without adhesive I would think. I’ve used Pops-a-dent in the past. This is not like it. Something is missing here.
