Heavy Duty??
//Update 6/28/2015// Well, my doubts about this thing were warranted. Two days ago it broke just like the other one (see original review below). This one only lasted 8 months total, which consisted of about 5 weeks of camping. It's made of cheap pot metal and it just doesn't hold up to the forces of the table wobbling during driving or normal use. Like the others, the metal eventually fatigues and cracks right where the cylindrical recessed base connects to the flat mounting plate. Totally worthless. I'm now ordering the ITC SurFit High Polymer Floor Base and hopefully that will end what has become a two year quest to permanently resolve this problem.Original review:I got this after the one I ordered less than two years ago broke (that one was the Russell by Edelbrock MA-1112 ). The original one in my 1987 truck camper lasted 26 years before it broke. Honestly this one doesn't seem much better than the Russell. For something advertised as "heavy duty" it seems pretty light. What happens is repeated flexing due to the single pole design stresses the base and fatigues the metal right where the cup meets the flat part that screws to the floor. The cup eventually breaks off of the flat part and then your table flops around like a salmon on a sidewalk. Anyway, this one fits a standard 2.25" diameter RV table pole (diameter is a bit less at the crimped ends of the pole) and so far works as advertised. I'll update this if it fails like the other one did.

Great fit but seem a little flimsy
Perfect fit on my jc tritoon. Haven’t used them while on the water as winter is setting in already. They need a drain hole in the bottom of them as mine are full of water from a few days of rain. They also feel like they might fail after not to long of use. But I got the mainly to fill the holes where I took out the original broken ones.

This is what we used it for...
We used this in RV by removing the dinette booth & converting the table legs into stools. Held up well until extra weight was put on it. Just purchased another.

Broke on first use
Broke on first trip out. Broke in the same place as the other reviewers. Don’t waste your time or money.
