Good quality challenging resistance training for the forearms.
This is a neat and well made little group of hand strengtheners that offer a real progression of difficulty from fairly okay to very hard depending on your development. A good price for this sort of thing. Attractively packaged with a nice little bag to keep them in, I am pleased that I bought this as it’s hard to tell from the pictures what you are buying. Excellent quality these will probably last for a very long time. Good feel on the fingers and in the hand too.

It’s ok
Before buying these, I had old ones that were quite tough and solid. Also slightly larger. These are alright, but I hold (grip) two at the time to feel that muscles are getting enough pressure. If you are looking for a strong, heavy duty grip thing, it’s not for you. The finger exerciser is quite good.Their customer service is good too.I am quite pleased anyway.Thank you

Great little gadget
Love this. The weight variation between each level is good for both beginners and those more used to exercise. They are also a non-scary intro to using weights.Successful purchase for my Mother to help increase her strength and dexterity - even I am now using them! Only one minor grumble is the finger rings can slip off during use even when pushed higher up the finger, but this is not a big issue. Would recommend.

Not just for those of us who wish to appear ...
Not just for those of us who wish to appear as a superhero in disguise when presented with a jar to open, but also incredibly helpful as a mobility aid in helping to rebuild hand strength for my child who has been very sick and has lost a lot of grip strength as a result. I wish you could have seen their face when they opened their own orange juice this week. Thank you for selling this and making it accessible to us by keeping the price low.
