I highly recommend this towel warmer! It heats up fast and the towels and blankets come out at the perfect temperature every time! It’s easy to use and there’s a timer you could set for how long you want it on. There’s also an option to delay the start of the heating which is convenient. The display is easy to read and displays the temperature in real time while also showing how much time is left. It’s the perfect size and I love the look of it! It heats everything thoroughly and the hooks make it easy to grab smaller towels/clothes. The lock wouldn’t lock for me but I really don’t need it locked but the tongs are great safety features. This towel warmer has definitely made my routines a lot more enjoyable and I’m very happy with it! I highly recommend!

Works great! Easy to use. I love that you can put fragrances in it! Looks really nice. Gets whatever you need nice and warm. I’m not using it much right now bc it’s summer but I can not wait til the winter months!

I love it. I love it so much. I use it. My boyfriend uses it. I use it for my kids. The little disks smell divine. It performs quickly and consistently. It's beautiful. I wish I had a better place in my bathroom for it (there's many warnings not to get it wet and my bathroom is small). I love love love love it ❤️

Warms up nicely, but the lock is finicky. I had to force the lid to lock it and when I got out the shower and tried unlocking, it became a huge problem and I couldn’t unlock it. Now I just put the lid on top but will not lock it. Other than that, it all works fine.

My husband is a blue collar diva and has wanted a towel warming forever. Now whenever someone makes fun of his warmer, her tells them that everyone deserves a spa day, everyday! Its super simple to use and gets toasty warm. Just buy it. It's worth it.

I absolutely love this towel warmer and would recommend to all! This warmer has little to no wait on heating up just in case you didn’t have time to prep! The size is just right for my needs whether I’m using a large towel and hair towel or a fluffy robe. The display is easy to read and use as it shows the current temperature and time left! I am a big fan of the fact that the lid is able to lock and that the “HotSurface” on the display lights up in red after you have turned off the warmer, for safety purposes. I have already gifted it to friends as I LOVE this product!!

I have autoimmune. so I'm in pain alot of days. This warmer is perfect for when I need heat applied . I use towels to heat and wrap around my legs. Also you can put a blanket In so that you can warm your whole body. This is amazing for just getting out of the shower and applying a warm towel . I cannot wait to have all the warm things for winter .

I love this towel warmer! I put shirts and sweaters in it as well and it works great with the scented pods tou can use, makes the item smell amazing!

This is very cool and useful product, first time my friend told me I just feel it not a useful item but when i went to her daughter birthday party it’s reallly useful, because after girl swim they need warm towl and warm clothes and my daughter love it. After I try find online finally found it and got coupon to get good deal. Right now my daughter and husband use it every day(after shower use it, feel so warm). I order another one for my family Christmas gift. Also the color it’s very important to me, make my bath room looks more clean. I suggest my sister in law to get it too.

Such a cool and luxury feeling product. It comes out with cozy warm towels. Feels really nice in a cold winter day. It warms up fast and surprisingly quiet. Makes no noise at all. I really love it. I'd give it to my son as a gift. I'd strongly recommend the product.

Revised review, We purchased 2nd one because the first one was amazing but it ended up in the kids bathroom. The 2nd didn't work out of the box. I left a review and Keenray contacted me the next day and offered to make it right. I am very happy with their solution. Really great customer service! 5 stars for that!Original: We have one that works great, for prime day bought a second one as we used the first for nice warm towels for the kids. Plugged in the new one, turned it on and waited and waited.The listing says it can hear up in one minute and be at full heat in 6. On this new one at the 5 minute mark it was still 80-85 F.Returned. But also the no exchange process for something on special. So now if i return and buy again it's 30 bucks more. Guess we'll wait for another sale or explore a different product.Irritating. 1 star for product for not working and 1 star for Amazon for not exchanging it.. (4 stars for the one that works).

This is very easy to use and the price is cheaper than other places. I also bought one for my friend who just moved. He likes it very much. I recommends it.
