PowerColor AMD Radeon R7 240 2GB 64-bit GDDR5 Graphics Card

Easy to install and works great in an old Dell E520. It would be nice to have an old-school VGA connector on this card, but otherwise it is perfect for my needs at a great price point.

I converted an Old "Core Two" machine {with no integrated video} to a home server. It only required video for set up so I didn't want something that consumed a lot of power. It is just great for that use.

I brought this just to put in my brothers pc since I’m in a tight budget and a tight time frame but it can handle some kids games but Minecraft with some shader mods are probably gonna struggle. The noise isn’t bad at all, it stays cool even with the 2 intake fans in his pc, it really doesn’t consume all that much power and here’s no dedicated power connector especially if you have a power supply that has dedicated PCIE cords, since my brother plays Minecraft and Roblox, it doesn’t crash at all. Functions great.

I bought this for my Linux Sever and it works perfect for that. I didn't want external power cables to clutter stuff up.Note: Although this card is Gen 3 PCIE, it uses 8 lanes rather than the 16 that are available, this effectively makes it run at Gen 2 PCIE bandwidth. This makes no difference for my application.

I was very disappointed. Ended up going with an Intel card with a fan ; a bit overkill for the 15.9" touchscreen (Prechen brand), but at least I wont have to worry about a crash again. Had 3 full pc crashes due to this card. No crashes with the new Intel card. It was only being used for discord when it crashed! not even streaming or watching a video stream but just in the chat.

I was looking for a simple way to get two monitors up on a desktop rebuild to pickup Windows 11 support, without breaking the bank. The new system uses an ASRock H470M M/B and a 10th gen i5-10400 CPU. ( Lesson . . . get the -HDV M/B instead of -HVS, as it directly supports 2 new tech displays ). I decided to drop in this video card to fill the need; I'm very pleased with it. Can't beat the price. It's whisper quiet, and provides nice clean displays. I'm not a big gamer, but will test it out streaming video, etc. and may post more later.ADVICE! Be aware there are Windows Defender "Memory Integrity" security settings in Win 11 that must be disabled for the AMD driver to successfully install and drive dual monitors. A bit of short term panic till that got figured out. So that particular security check is now off; I'll check back at the AMD site to see when a driver clean-up update for this is available.

Bought this for Dell 9020 SFF as everything I read confirmed this card would work power and size wise. However, card only came with full height bracket and will not fit in small form factor case. Reached out to power color support. They responded and acknowledged the problem, but no solution or bracket was offered. Very misleading or perhaps I should have read the fine print closer...

Me parece buena grafica para un uso básico , videos en YouTube 720p 60, juegos básicos a esta misma resolución y también es buena para sacar de apuros a procesadores sin gráficos integrados, parece de buena calidad y siento que va durar mucho tiempo, tuve problemas al instalar drivers, no pude instalar la última versión de drivers de amd para esta gráfica y tuve que conformarme con drivers más antiguos, pero sacando ese aspecto todo va muy bien.

Great price for a DDR5 video card if you dont need to do gaming.

Thus video card I bot as a new unit,but nowhere in the ad,does it say its used,but I see it has an older style plug as well as an hdmi video plug!It doesn't work in my Tomahawk B550 gaming pc mobo.Says ,can't translate signal! Or similar!Other ppl have complained this pc mobo boards video doesn't work,but why does it have a hdmi port and a video port?
