Can the backpack get stacked on a rolling carry-on luggage?

First, do your measurements before you ask... it is larger than the "second carry-on via air-travel" would be acceptable in USA and Int'l. It could physically stack on a maximum carry-on, and it could cinch/hook/clasp on as well.

Are the wheels replaceable?

Yes, but the originals are very durable and IMO will likely outlast the bag

What is the height from the floor to top of fully extended handle (How far does the handle extend)?

3'5" Handle has three levels for adjusting. That is the highest level. Two more shorter levels below it.

Will this fit under the seat in an airplane?

Yes it will. It’s a great travel companion
