These are so simple to take with no aftertaste. Good value for money. They are normal sized. The Ingredients are good for me being a person whom is into Holistic medicine. After taking these for a little I can start to see my skin clearing up.

Be sure to read the fine print before you order or open this product. It is not gluten free and for many that will be an issue. I had already opened it before I noticed that.
