A very good and presumably healthy granola, if you can believe the label, which I tend to do. I like that it offers up some ingredients that aren’t in all granolas and so helps me meet my 30-a-week goal. I'm pushing 80 with an ejection fraction still in the 60's. I'm doing something right. This may be helping.
