I get compliments from men, women, and girls (boys don't typically give compliments-but they'll definitely tell you if they don't like it-and so far not a peep from them). It smells powdery fresh if you like sort of scent. I think it's their best scent of all, I have bought it several times, and I have given it together with the lotion as a gift. I love that I can buy it for less than $5 for 8oz, it makes it totally worth it, and a nice gift for under $10 when you give both the lotion and the body spray. I actually think I originally got it as a gift from someone. I have purchased this multiple times for my own use and as gifts, and I am back again to buy at least 2 (probably more) sets to give as gifts.
