I made 2 elephants , I liked that you could turn the head and use it so the trunk was either or down . It's easy to make ,and the paper pattern is quite thick and reusable .The only thing are the ears are quite floppy ,because you dont put any stuffing ,but you could maybe add a layer in the middle of something to stiffen them a bit .I will try that if I make another one .

Although the pattern arrived promptly I was disappointed in the way the ears are positioned and the thinness of the arms all added to a stressful time making it. Also hand sewing the head to the body does not make it as child proof as other patterns I've used that incorporate machine sewing the head and body together. I modified the head pattern by cutting it and adding in extra seams so as to slot in the ears to the side of the head as well as making the arms wider before I was happy with the finished product.
