wrost mass gainer.. it taste like yaaak feel to vomit when drink its first sip.. and having only added sugar when you will drink it you will feel the crystal like sugar in your mouth and tounge.. i'll suggest never buy this one if you won't believe me then buy 1kg pack and try yourself but don't waste your hard earning money on 2kg 3kg or 5kg pack

Helps me great in weight gain.carb and protein content is good.i am using this about 10 days and feels great in energy and stamina.taste is good,sugar content is less.I ordered pack of 2 kg and comes with measuring spoon inside it.

Very Average Product - Not for Mass Gaining
I found this product VERY AVERAGE after consuming it for more than 2 weeks now. This product gives so much bloating - I can say this after observing reaction in my body with and without this product. I don't think this is for gaining mass or weight. In fact you can gain mass and weight even without this product, just by consuming routine food and doing bit of exercise. Overall not much happy, I won't reorder.
