Great piece of equipment

Good value
Having used this for the past three months I am actually quite impressed for the cost.Yes it is not perfect but it has done every job I have asked it to do and I think it is very good value for money.Some people say it is not stable, I think compared with most scaff towers it is stable. I have always felt safe.

Nice sturdy but light ladders
The ladders are unlike double ladders they come apart when unlatched but you can get used to it. The platform is heavy and well made. The instruction say it needs 3 to assemble plattform \i not sure about that.

Check Spec and Contents Of The Box
I bought my ladder a while ago so I am too late to send it back or ask for a replacement.My ladder/platform only came with two safety bracket rather than the specified four which makes it a bit unstable when I am using it. So check the box if you buy this.

Fiddly
Nuts and bolts annoying as spanners slip off due not deep enough. Instructions pathetic as too much trial and error.

Unsafe ladder and unhelpful customer service
Quick dispatch and delivery however upon checks and assembling the ladder going through all of it options, I discovered that the work surface (scaffolding function) wobbles and is not steady, when climbed it was nt safe to have a human working from it. I reached out to their customer service and asked about missing handrail and two additional fixed support arms that listed in the assembly manual, they informed that the ladder only provides two fixed arms and doent include handrail which doesn't help! They didnt offer any other option. I would not order from them again and £108 is a lot of money for an aluminium ladder that only has one function safe as a step ladder instead of multifunctional as advertised! disappointed!

Just right for what we needed.
We have two pitched roof rooms which needed decorating, and standard ladders were not suitable. We bought this little unit, and it served us well.Its not the sturdiest thing in the world and you need a step or another ladder to get on it safely. However, once up it is brilliant for what we needed.The only other thing I would grumble about is that it is not easy to fold down, making it a sod to store if you have go limited space.
