It is REALLY YUMMY! You need boiling or just boiled water not tepid or warm.It is sweetened with raisins and (jujube, I think) it has chia seeds, black sesame seeds, almonds, and pumpkin seeds.It is so good that I woke up at night to make some. I'm getting more and I might try the other flavours.Package was sealed and not damaged at all.THANK YOU!!!♥️
