I have two cats and both like their self heating beds and blankets. So I am always on the lookout for new ones.I came across this and likes the size, and thought let's give it a try. I purchased the dark brown and the beige pet bed.They are big enough for a cat to stretch out on (I have domestic shorthairs) and the heat reflecting inlay is stiffer than in our usual blankets. Which is nice for a change. I have a feeling it will be easy to just wipe it clean.The cover is easily removed and has Velcro fastening in the middle of the open end, to keep the inlay from falling out.The cover feels soft and the cats like it. The bottom is made from a different material and has small black anti slip dots. I can't say how good they are, because we are using them on top of the sofa and the windowsill. But I imagine they'll work.All in all, it's a great pet bed and does the trick of keeping them warm.If you are looking for a new self heating bed/pad, then I can recommend this one.

My three cats turned up their noses when I first brought this into the house. I would put them on it, they'd step off and curl down beside it. I think perhaps the thermal pad inside felt weird or possibly even crackled under their toes. Then big cat decided to give it a go and sleeps on it every night, strategically placed at the foot of the bed. Little cats saw big cat liked it and soon gave it a go.Plus points - it really does seem to be nice and warm and of course there's no need to plug it in and no power required to keep it warm. It stops the rest of the bed getting quite so fluffy. It's big - all three could curl up on it at the same time if they were that friendly.Minus points - I hate to say it but the colour is really rather ugly. Would be better if there were a range of colours to choose from. This wouldn't go with the decor in any room in my house.

I wanted a heat mat of some sort for my cat and the lack of electricity made this one appealing. I wasn't sure how effective it would be but decided to take a punt and try it. I like the giraffe print cover, it's soft and thick and the bottom material has rubber spots to stop it from moving about. I sat on it to try it out and I was surprised by how warm my bottom got. I also tried resting my hand on it and found that wasn't enough weight or heat to do anything so I'm not sure how suitable this would be for young kittens. It is a simple and clever idea and so much better than something with wires to be chewed so I'm happy and would buy it again.

A good product. My cat seems to like it. The foil 'inner' is smooth and does not crackle to way some others do, therefore he is not put off by any noise. It is a good size - I have folded it in half and it makes a comfortable pad for a small cat. Would easily accommodate a larger cat/small dog once opened out. All in all, a good purchase.

This was an instant hit as you can see from my photo. Very impressed! It was ordered on Sunday, delivered on Monday, and had a sleeping cat on it within 5 minutes of putting it on the armchair. I can only hope Oscar's brother Harry takes to his giraffe patterned one as well, but he's out at the moment.Update. Harry just came in, soaking wet. On his new bed within 2 minutes.

This was really nice, in fact so nice our puppy chewed it up within days! Probably should have waited till she was older so maybe next year when she’s out of the chewing stage 🙄 I will say the quality was very good and I’ll definitely try again when the pup is older 👍🏻

Got this for my dog in hoping that as the reflective inner is stiff he wouldn't be able to scrunch it up as he has others and that has proved to be the case. It also has more padding than others of this type I've bought and so I would think it will be more comfortable. Unfortunately the velcro end doesn't stay closed as both sides are hooks rather than one being loops for the hooks to attach to, allowing the inner to slide out defeating the object.

Had a hole in it when I received it. Which i can fix but i should have too, but other wise it seems like a nice heated bed. Cat has already taken to it. So didn't want to send it back. Fast shipping
