I searched Amazon for days for a Montessori style bed for my daughter and ended up going with this bed. A lot of reviews I read for similar style beds said the long piece by the entrance was not sturdy. I have a very rambunctious 2.5 year old so I found it difficult to find one with a review that said it was sturdy so thank you to the mama the left a review stating so. This bed is VERY well built and sturdy. The price is amazing and it showed up two days before it was supposed to arrive. It was very easy to put together and didn’t take my husband long to do so. My one ick is that the bed did smell really strong on initial set up. I’m not sure if it’s the sealant they used for the wood but it took a couple days to go away with the window open and the fan going. It wasn’t a dealbreaker though and with this bed the pros definitely outweighed that one complaint.

Pretty easy to put together, good quality and good price. If I had twin toddlers I would’ve purchased two!

Bed is sturdy and super cute for my girls room! We love it. I got a 6 inch mattress and it leaves lots of room at the top so she doesn’t roll off.

The bed has a very strong smell of chemicals that causes headaches and throat irritation even after days of letting it airing it out. I strongly recommend against buying this bed especially since they will try to have you pay outrageous return shipping cost.
