Good quality and easy to take iron drops
The quality of the iron drops was very good. They were easy to take and had no strong taste. They helped me in feeling less tired. Great value for money.

Brilliant discovery. Super effective
I’m a BIG fan of KIKI health. I trust their products. Which is a big thing when it comes to health.I’ve been using the KIKI Health Ionic Iron Liquid Concentrate for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the results. It’s a fantastic way to get iron into your system, especially if you struggle with tablets or want something more easily absorbed. For myself, I have MCAS and ME and therefore have digestive issues and absorption issues. That’s why this is a good solution for me.The liquid form is so convenient—you just add it to water or juice, and it’s done! No aftertaste, no upset stomach, and it’s so much gentler than other iron supplements I’ve tried. I love that it’s bioavailable, so I feel confident that my body is actually absorbing the iron.Since starting this, I’ve noticed a real difference in my energy levels and focus. I’m not as fatigued during the day, and it’s great knowing that I’m supporting my overall health, especially red blood cell formation. If you’re looking for an easy, effective way to get your daily dose of iron, I’d highly recommend giving this a try. It’s a low risk try for anyone wanting a simple solution to iron supplementation.

An okay option
What gives this credit is that it is a recognised brand with confidence that the ingredients are good quality and it’s well made. But the solution is not brilliant and certainly not cost effective if you can have tablets.Presuming that for any reason you cannot have tablets, drops are a good idea and work very well. Absorption I really good. With these there is a metallic taste and that is to be expected as it’s iron. There’s no way around that unless you mix it with something strong tasting. I don’t mind it personally but just be aware of that. The pipette works well but measuring 30 drops is tedious and I did end up just guesstimating the amount some days. I’m not sure what a better way would be but it’s just not something I’d want to do each day unless I had to.Then there is a the price. This is a quality product but even then I feel it’s expensive. Not even a full months supply is just insult to injury. But if money isn’t an object and you want the best then this is still very good.Overall I’m not thrilled at this one and wouldn’t recommend it at a high price.

KIKI Health - Ionic Iron Liquid High Concentration Drops
I like the alternative of these iron drops (in a bown tinted glass bottle) to my usual liquid iron that appears to have been discontinued, so I was hunting for another liquid iron supplements of a good equivalent.Unfortunately, this one is annoying to take due to it not having any measurement markings on the glass dropper to help with dosage. It just states to take 30 drops (2ml) per 250ml glass of water. I don't own any millilitres kitchen measurement equipment, etc, that I can measure out the 250ml in...I don't like the taste of this in just water, so I take it with orange juice. Also, because I can't measure it up properly and don't want to overdose on it, I don’t put in all 30 drops, I'm starting with a short few at a time in a full mug. For £19.20 discounted cost that it's currently going for from its RRP: £24.00, it's pricey!Once I can get some millilitres measuring equipment, I shall try it with the recommended dose by just pouring out 2ml instead of waiting for 30 drops to drop from the dropper. As that's time-consuming, it's not as convenient as taking the liquid iron that I'm used to.Update: I'm still anaemic being as I wasn't able to take the full dose of this Iron supplement. But since leaving my review above last week. I have gotten the correct measuring equipment. I measured out 250ml, which is about a standard mug size. Then, I added 30 drops to my 250ml glass of orange juice. It was awful! After just one sip, I had an overwhelming metallic taste in my mouth. This is the worst iron supplement that I've ever taken. Because it's undrinkable, it's non-effective. So I don't recommend it at all!!!

Easy to take Iron drops
This is an easy to take Iron drops which is a mix of Ferrous Sulfate and de-ionised water.I really like that it is pure, highly bioavailable, easy to absorb with no other fillers, additives or flavours. You can simply just put the drops and mix in water or any other drink and take it easily. Just know that since it is iron then if you are mixing it with water then you it will be a strong metallic like taste. I find that drinking extra water makes it easy to drink.Overall I think this is a very high quality and convenient way of getting iron supplemented where you need it.

Great for going in drinks
This is a good product that seems to have had the desired affect of raising Iron levels. It mixes well with drinks to where there is little taste. We use this for our Autistic son who is very attune to different tastes and smells, but he happily drank his drink with this in. The amount you get in this lasts about a month and the price for each bottle is fair. It would be better if the dosage was measured by the pipette and not by drops. As drops are hard to count especially when squeezed a little. Overall happy with it!
