Not the color I expected. All Clariol products should be same color for same color
I have use Clariol products for years. But this time #11 turned my hair gray. Not pleased.

Did absolutely nothing to cover grey
I have used a 10 minute product in the past that worked great, but this one did nothing to cover my grey in the specified 10 minute processing time. The instructions say not to leave it on longer than 10 minutes as this will not help it work better. I followed instructions and wasted my time and money, not to mention coating my head with toxic chemicals for no results.
