Very very useful.......easy to handle

Initial Purchase Experience: Purchased the AGARO Royal Mop & Vacuum Cleaner on March 13th, 2024, for ₹21,599. Initially worked smoothly for a couple of months, until issues started cropping up.Automatic Shutdown Problem: The machine started shutting down automatically within 2-3 seconds of operation. This flaw rendered the product completely ineffective for any cleaning task.Dirt Disposal Issue: Despite collecting dirt, the machine ejected it back out automatically.This malfunction turned cleaning sessions into messy endeavors.Water Leakage Problems: Both fresh water and dirt water leaked from the machine during operation.This not only required additional cleanup efforts but also risked damaging surfaces.Customer Service Nightmare: Raised multiple service requests (Service Request Numbers: 174535 & 182837). Provided videos as requested, clearly showing issues with the HEPA filter and both water tanks.Received assurance of a replacement for the fresh water tank initially.Lack of Resolution: Despite promises, the replacement part (fresh water tank) has not been dispatched even after 16 days of creating the invoice.Customer service repeatedly states that the part is yet to leave the Chennai warehouse, leaving the product unusable for over two and a half months.Overall Experience: This experience has been incredibly frustrating, with both the product and customer service failing to meet even basic expectations.The amount of time and effort spent in trying to resolve issues has been a total waste.I strongly advise against purchasing the AGARO Royal Mop & Vacuum Cleaner due to its unreliability and the lack of adequate support from customer service.Save yourself the trouble and avoid this product at all costs.

I recently purchased the Agaro Mop and Vacuum Cleaner, and overall, it has been a positive experience. The dual functionality is a time-saver, making my cleaning routine more efficient. The suction power is impressive, effortlessly handling various surfaces.However, my only disappointment is the unavailability of the Agaro cleaning solution. It would have been convenient to have a dedicated solution for optimal performance. Despite this minor hiccup, the device itself deserves praise for its effectiveness in keeping my home spotless.Hope Agaro makes this cleaning solution liquid available on Amazon and their website

Product is very easy to use and demo provided by the team was very useful, they explained each and everything in detail. Thank you team agaro.After 7 months of use my product suddenly stopped working. I launched a complaint and they immediately replaced the product with new one, without any question. Great customer support after sales.

After too much thoughts and suggestions bought this mop vaccum and it did not disappoint.. i keep travelling so keeping a maid s not feasible and this machine has helped a lot.. It’s neither light weight nor too heavy so anyone who doesn have shoulder pain can use it, doesn’t make too loud noise so you can use it any time u like.. it cleans very nicely and it’s actually fun seeing all the dirt being sucked.. even though it has self cleaning you need to remove the roller brush and clean once a while.. and it has voice guide which is very helpful which will tell if your roller brush has stopped working (i had faced this coz der wer too many hair tangled ) overall it’s good investment.. price could have been little less so that many of them can afford it..Cons: u will have to manually clean the corners and edge of the tiles near the wall occasionally..

I am writing this review after careful observation of the product for 6 months. I hate to say this but it is an extremely sub-standard product for the price it comes at. It will function alright if it is on a completely dry surface but the moment you try to use it to remove any substance from the floor does it start functioning abnormally. The suction power is worse. The machine will show the sewage packet full menu after every 2 seconds even when the sewage packet isn’t full. I had to take the product to the service centre twice. The service centre changed the unit and I got a new one still the function remains the same. So very disappointed with the product. I wish I hadn’t bought it. So much of my money has gone to waste. I am not buying any Agaro products in the future.

Pros:The product cleans very well and the roller seems to buff the floor while cleaning. Heavy stains on the floor are also removed easily. The waster water too is easily sucked up and the floor dries quickly.Cons:The product is a little heavy and for people living in duplex or Multi floor houses may find it a little difficult to carry up and down.Am not sure if any other floor cleaning fluid can be used as the manual says use only the designated liquid. The problem is the the designated liquid is not available on Amazon.All in all, the product is an effective cleaner and I’m happy with it.
