The media could not be loaded. It’s very easy to put together, and simple to use. You go at your own pace, so if you put in the time you will see results! I stretch with this at least once a day for 10 min alternating. I believe this will eventually help achieve my splits, but so far it’s helping me loosen my tight hip flexors.
