I take it nearly every morning and find it's really good.

Just what I wanted.

It is very bitter and acrid once it is brewed into a herbal tea, I would recommend users start on 1/4 of a teaspoon for the first 3 or 4 days, if all is good, can increase in 1/4 increments but do not exceed 1 level teaspoon.It is very beneficial for good digestion and aids in better bowel movements if constipated.Caution: will give you a bit of a rough throat, best to have a bit of regular tea or coffee afterwards.

The package lacks information on how much to take luckily it is on the amazon picture list.This product is absolutely tasteless and it does not mix in water milk or carbonated drinks. Infact it is off putting knowing you will have to swallow lumpy balls of dried powder that just sits on top of the water and doesn't blend. Hard to give a true star rating as have never taken this supplement before and to date don't know if the claimed benefits will materialise.After a few weeks.......honestly I could not recommend this product in this powder form. It barely dissolves in hot waterand turns into an awful brown coloured liquid with lumps of undisolved powder and although totally tasteless it is horrible to drink.There is no way that you can guage the supposed benefits in an accurate way and those comments extolling the effects it has are purely subjective or wishful thinking. Probably cheaper to stick to vit c....

I am happy with the Amla. I will consume it everyday and then afterwards I am going to use it on my hair with colourless henna to improve the quality of my hair. I think these 2 packs are great value for money as well.

This product was packed well and arrived on time. Amla certainly doesn't taste nice! but I take it mixed with a little natural yogurt. The reason I take it is for its antioxidant qualities. I would certainly buy this product again from this seller.

I purchased this for somebody else and it was delivered to her one day earlier than expected. She is using this product for some "cosmetic" purpose and is very happy with it. As she has only said how good it is and has had no complaint whatsoever, I can only give it the highest rating as she has made it clear that she will buy it herself.
