I received these light up letters, added the batteries and noticed that one of them was not working. I followed the replacement instructions and received another set in plenty of time for the baby shower I was hosting. Great customer service!

This is perfect for a baby shower! Great size to put on a kitchen island or table without being too big. All the lights worked and I love the soft yellow glow of them- similar to a normal incandescent bulb. The pink sparkle is a true baby pink with a hint of purple under hues but it coordinates well with muted pinks too if you mix in a few varieties of pink. Each letter requires 2 AA batteries, so make sure you have 16 on hand to make this work.
