Took the lid off and the whole lipstick fell out as it had arrived snapped off from the base, I contacted the seller and was very quickly sent a replacement, very happy with the service and lipstick is amazing

I love the case this lipstick sits in but for me that’s the best part. I purchased the nude colour and expected it to be at least close to the colour depicted…I was very disappointed that it is nowhere near. It is very pale and feels great to me…not creamy as some lipsticks are. It is annoying as I would be unable to return because I have tried the lipstick on…but you have to obviously. I had expected better because I use the phoera foundation a I love that but this is a let down for me.
