It really works!
All I have to say is this is that my nails have never looked better. My whole life they’ve been paper thin and peeling. Now after just a few weeks they are so much stronger and finally growing.

It works for my 4a/b hair.
I am African American with what I think is 4a or 4b type hair. It's pretty thick! I usually get a Brazilian blow out every 3 months. Normally by the 2nd month, I'm ready for a touch up. I've been taking keratin supplements for maybe 2-3 months now and let me tell you, I do not need a touch up and it's been 3 months!! My hair is NEVER this manageable this long after a touch up. These work. Maybe too well lol.
