I'm using one of these stainless steel P-clamps, 1.25" size, to hold down the power steering line in my engine bay. The line has foam insulation around it that measures 3/4" ID x 1/4" thick per wall for an approx OD of 1.25 inches. This P-clamp fits just right. The old P-clamp that was there before was not stainless. It got rusty and eventually broke all the way through the bolt hole and came off of where it was attached to. I'm pretty sure these new stainless ones will be much better and last a lot longer!
