I have noticed a decline in my focus and short term memory. I’ve tried other supplements before finding this one and it is by far the best I’ve found. Almost immediately I notice better focus, and significantly better short term memory. If I miss a dose I can tell. I’m a big fan!

I take ginkgo biloba for tinnitus, and I can usually tell whether the the gingko is quality or not based on whether it reduces the frequency / volume of my bouts...so in that sense I feel like this is a quality product as the gingko portion at the very least appears to be working for me.I'm almost through the 30 day supply (90 capsules, 3 per serving). I am not sure about the lion's mane though, I haven't really noticed much of a difference in stress or cognitive abilities since I started taking it, but thankfully no side effects. Value is a bit questionable for me considering that, but as with all supplements it's possible I just don't respond noticeably to it and your experience might be different.

However, this product, in my option, is better. A sharper focusing nootropic, with a physical vitality quality. Will continue to order.

I have regularly been taking Lion's Mane mushroom but I think this one just ups my game as it has a bit more in it. I find the capsules are regular sized. I noticed no odor when opening the bottle or taking the product. I found the capsules to be easy to swallow. I didn't taste them and they do not upset my stomach. I think it is a quality product from a quality company, when I did some research. I encourage you to do your own research. I am happy with it and I think I would order it again. The price is comparable to the product I was previously taking that was just Lion's mane.

Just received this bottle today. I have been on another Brain product that seems to have helped. I will try this out and see if I notice additional improvement. The photo shows the size of the capsules. They should be easy to swallow, especially with a small amount of food if you have difficulty with the size of pills. The bottle calls for 3 capsules a day. I will start with 1 for a few days and if no side effects, I will increase to the 3 requested. I do know that the 3 primary ingredients are known individually for helping the brain to improve. It is nice to find all 3 in a single product. I have high hopes for this being better than the product I am taking now. I will update in a few weeks.

Part 1I will review this supplement over time as I continue taking them. But for now, I've received a pleasant boost from them. I can tell the difference on my mood and mental focus already in the two weeks of taking them. They don't upset my stomach or give me "nervous energy" at all. I'll update again later.Part 2This blend has been fantastic for me. I've ordered another bottle and put it on subscription so I can keep taking them. I was slow to get started but once I took them daily, I really began to see the difference in my overall cognition and mental clarity. Can't recommend this enough if your brain feels sluggish. It is NOT a caffeine type stimulate. The combination of ingredients is just right for positive energy and clarity.
