Oh, the smell
I am adverse to many facial products since I am very smell-sensitive. My skin is very reactive but worse my nose is also sensitive. This toner is amazing, not only has it helped to even my skin tone but it smells clean. Not fake clean or "spring clean", just fresh and clean. It is incredible after a few months I had to pass it along to my mother in law since she just kept bugging me about how much brighter and more even my skin looked. Now she is a hard nut to crack on new stuff, but she loves it too. She has scrapped alot of the crazy expensive products she was using and won't give mine back. Gonna have to get another bottle for myself and maybe even order one more for her birthday. For sensitive skin with even minor issues, try it. It's definitely worth it.

Okay vitamin C toner
I've been using this toner for a few months now and so far I think the product is okay. The toner burned my skin a little a few times but it only happens sometimes. Other than that, I think the item is good at hydrating my skin as a toner. I like the vitamin C aspect of it because I needed vitamin C in my routine. The smell is somewhat strong though so I don't enjoy that as much.

Clean and refreshes
The vitamin C toner works for me, I used it after cleaning my face and then applying my daily moisturizer. It has a very light scent. It cleans and refreshes my skin.

Not my favorite
A bit harsh than I expected for a toner which is a shame since there are just so many eye catching and beneficial ingredients but unfortunatley I'll be sticking with what I'm currently comfortable with.

Nice toner
This toner definitely feels moisturizing but I haven’t really seen it brighten just yet, which probably just needs to be used repeatedly overtime.

A western style toner
I'm more used to Asian toners which are typically very hydrating. Western style toners are usually quite drying and this is more that type. Witch hazel especially is drying so unless you have oily skin this may be too drying for you. Vitamin C is a great product for brightening though so I love that they added it!

Burns!
Update: I used this two more times and ended up tossing it. The stinging turned into more of a burning sensation and now my face is getting red.I use to use the original Thayers Witch Hazel Toner - stopped when the price went up. I stumbled across Natural Outcome toner and wanted to give it a try since it promises to "brighten skin," - something Thayers didn't!One big difference between the two is this one stings my face when I put it on. I don't currently have dry skin but I guess its the Vitamin C / two citrus extracts. Also the bottle tops are different - the Thayers one I think is easier to use.Overall after using this a few days I haven't noticed a difference in my skin. Since it does sting I'm hoping long term use doesn't irritate my skin. Will update this review when I'm done the bottle if anything changes.Looks like good quality ingredients :)

Skin feels super clean after using this
I have been reading about how to achieve that luminous look and applying toner was one of the recommendations. I have been using toner and I decided to try this one because I feel that Vitamin C products do help to brighten my complexion. This toner is a clear liquid in a large, simple plastic bottle with a flip top, so I apply the product using a cotton pad. I would describe the sensation as "tingly," short of a burning sensation, that leaves my skin feeling ultra clean. It really removes makeup and any oils, and the astringent properties seem to close the pores after cleansing. Although it works fine for my mature skin, if I had a teen granddaughter I would definitely recommend it for her.I love that this product is made in the USA without parabens. It feels like it might help to brighten my complexion and it definitely leaves my skin feeling clean and tight.

Brightens skin and evens tone
I've been using Natural Outcome's C-Brilliance Vitamin C Toner for a few weeks now, and I have to say, I'm impressed. I love how refreshed and revitalized my skin feels after using this toner. It's like a burst of energy for my face, and it leaves me feeling ready to take on the day. I've also noticed a significant improvement in the appearance of my skin. Fine lines and wrinkles seem to be less noticeable, and my complexion looks brighter and more even.I appreciate the powerful ingredients in this toner which really seem to work wonders for my skin, helping to clarify and brighten it. One thing I particularly love is that this toner is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin like mine. It's gentle yet effective, and I haven't experienced any irritation or redness while using it.Overall, I'm really happy with this Toner. It's become an essential part of my skincare routine, and I can't wait to see even more results with continued use.

Fragrance free maybe, but not without a scent
This is a decent toner, that claims to be anti-aging and brightening. I will have to use for a longer period to truly assess those claims, but thus far it has not caused any irritation to my sometimes sensitive and reactive skin. I will note that this is called fragrance free, but my bottle definitely does have a scent, though it's certainly not an added fragrance kind of smell. I imagine it might be from the witch hazel, as it isn't particularly pleasant. Not bad by any means, but not sure it's a repurchase for me.

Clean & Refresh
I have combination skin which often looks dull and has uneven tone, making me search for a product that can brighten, balance, and refresh my skin. I decided to try the Vitamin C Toner, which seemed like the perfect candidate. The product comes in simple and sleek packaging, with a convenient spray nozzle and cap. The clear toner has no fragrance, which is what I prefer. Applying it is easy, I just have to spray it on a cotton pad or directly on my face after cleansing. The toner gives a gentle and soothing feeling without causing dryness or stinging. Its impressive ingredient list, including natural sources of vitamin C, makes me feel confident that it's suitable for my daily skincare routine. After using the toner for a few weeks, I noticed positive changes in my skin. My complexion looks more radiant and even, and my skin feels softer and smoother. The toner helps keep my skin hydrated and nourished, without causing any irritation or breakouts. Although I cannot comment on the long-term effects due to my short period of use, my overall experience has been exceptionally positive.

Sticky and gross feeling on the skin
I was excited to try this toner as it had a lot of great things going for it. I also appreciated that it was fragrance free as I have sensitive skin. However, I was only able to try it once as once was one too many times for me. After I applied this toner to my face it felt as if I had applied something sticky and gross on my face. All other toners I had used in the past had never felt like this one did on my face. Toners are supposed to help clarify your face but instead this one made my skin feel gooey, sticky, and gross with the heavy film it left on my skin. I had to wipe it all off and ended up using something else because the feel of it on my skin was driving me crazy. Not recommended.

Seems like a good quality product, but not meant for my sensitive skin
I’ve been using this vitamin C toner every day for a week now. My first impressions were that I liked how the bottle itself comes very well sealed, and I like the push cap style top. I apply toner to my face using a cotton round, so it makes it very easy to push the cap down and pour just the right amount onto the cotton round.I use toner on my face pretty much every morning and night…after cleansing and before serums and moisturizer. I usually use a popular brand of witch hazel toner, but thought I’d give this vitamin C one that also includes witch hazel a try. I found it to be a little bit harsher on my skin…upon application I feel a slight burny/tingling. Not enough to feel uncomfortable, but there. It definitely leaves my skin feeling refreshed and clean, but I have found it to also be a little drying compared to my regular witch hazel toner. So far I have not noticed any difference in the “skin brightening” claim. If anything, my sensitive skin has been slightly more reddish since I’ve started using it.I feel that it would be a great product for the right skin type, but I don’t think I’d recommend it to someone with sensitive skin like me. It’s nice that it’s made in the USA, and the ingredients seem like good quality. For me though, I get a bigger sized bottle of my usual witch hazel toner for less money and it works better for my skin, so I would not order this one again.
