The heat is not warm enough, the wire is too short, it is bulky but not powerful enough

Peel off issue
Leather material is of very poor quality, peel off issue very high. Need a vacuum cleaner to clean the mess while using. Please do rectify the material issue

Stopped working
The massager stopped working in between and is not working now. Sometimes it switches on but for a moment. Most of the time it doesn’t switch on despite trying numerous times. Just a waste of money. For the information, my daughter bought it for me from USA on my recommendation. I think I made a wrong choice.
