Finally. After years of suffering through things that didn’t work, stuck to my dash, my windshield, clipped onto my heat vents etc. Finally, a charger and phone holder that works. My last one cost me a new iPhone cord every month. This one, I don’t have to plug my phone in to anything and it charges my phone fast too! Granted, some of the credit goes to the MagSafe tech but this charger/holder is solidly built, looks good, works amazingly and the sticky part actually sticks right!I bought a second one to put on my nightstand because it’s better than the ones I’ve bought in the past that are supposedly designed as bedside chargers. This thing works better.

This holds super strong and charges well. The design is nice and compact but still adjusts every way I need it to. The adhesive sticks great and doesn't come off or move in the hot sun. This is a really well designed product. After about 5 months I had one of the hinges crack and it lost its holding power. I sent a picture of it to their customer service and they sent me a replacement no questions asked. I had a replacement within a week of sending the email. I will be buying more Lisen products just because of this excellent service!

Instead of a ball joint, this model has two pivots. Once placed, you can change the hight, and the up/down tilt. But once stuck down, you cannot control the left/right tilt, nor can you rotate it.As an upright stand, the arm between the pivots may not be long enough, to raise a large cell phone high enough to clear the dash, unless the phone hangs over the edge. Perhaps that is why one of the advertising pictures shows the phone horizontal, instead of vertical. However, if the mount is close to the edge of the dash, so that the cell phone can hang over the edge, then you may avoid that issue.The length of the arm, as measured center to center from the pivots is about 55mm. So, if you want to hang your cell phone in front of the dash, this mount might be able to reach back far enough to stick to a place that is relatively flat. However, using the charging stand this way, mary result in failure of the adhesive, particularly in hot summers.The base of the charging stand has a circular disk of 3M VHB adhesive, which is about 35mm, for a total area of 962 sq mm (or 9.62 sq cm). To address the texture, curvature and other difficulties of bonding to the dash, a thin pad is included. One side is flat and smooth, the the other side has a 50mm circle of 3M VHB adhesive. (about 1,960 sq mm or 196 sq cm of total area.)My assessment is that the 50 mm pad will probably help. But it seems like it would have been better to have just made the 50mm pad part of the base, instead of depending on two separate layers of adhesive, with two points of failure.Also includes are a USB charging cable, a metallic ring for phones lacking a MagSafe Style ring, a template for attaching the ring, and a spare 35mm circular pad.Suitable Applications:Applications where it is desirable to have the cell phone in front of the dash, and you have a suitable surface near the dash edge to mount the base & pad. It isn't sold as a windshield mount, but it might work well in that application, if the adhesive holds.Pros:Nice looking product.MagSafeCons:Small adhesive pad on base.No claims of Qi1 or Qi2 support.I'm giving this a reasonably good review, even though it didn't work well in our particular car, because it seems to be a well designed product and may work well in yours.

Held the phone very nicely until the arm broke and wouldn’t hold it upright anymore. I was able to remove all of the sticky grey stuff easily. The outer plastic ring is stuck on really well still. May wait until summer when it’s nice and warm before trying removing again.ETA: company reached out to me and sent out a replacement charger/mount. Very pleased with their response. Have not tried the new charger yet.

With a MagSafe car charger, you always have to wonder if the magnet will hold it through the case over bumpy roads. With this one, all is good. Grabs the phone and holds it in place without making you yank the holder off to get your phone to release. And speaking of yanking the holder off, it has stuck to my dash without problems. Granted, we've only had a few warm days so far but I've never gotten one to stick before. It's not a smooth dash and the phone is hanging out putting extra leverage on the base. But so far so good. I've even pulled the arm up and down to adjust the phone without pulling it off. And the arm is stiff! But that's good because the phone stays in place without the arm drifting back down.

I love this mount. It is very durable I have had it for a few months now. My phone stays put it was easy to install. The magnet is very strong. There is so many positions I can put my phone in.
