I love my desk. I went from sitting all day, to only sitting for 2 hours. I feel more energetic and focused. It helps me stay active and I see a positive adjustment in my posture.

What this description DOES NOT tell you, is that it is strictly an add on for your existing desk. It is not a full workstation! I waited for a week only to find that I now have to go out & spend more $ to obtain a desk or table to sit it on. I've recently moved & am still waiting on my belongings to be shipped to me. Imagine my disappointment to find that I still don't have a desk to work at.

Mine leaked oil from one of the cylinders for weeks. It now will not go down all the way.
