Why did you choose this product over others?: Tried this for the first time and wow—it hits like a freight train. Within 20 minutes I felt the tingles from the beta-alanine and was dialed in for my workout. Energy levels were through the roof, and I crushed my session with way more focus and intensity than usual. Flavour-wise, I had the cherry and berry, which was surprisingly decent—no weird aftertaste and mixed well with water. Only downside: it might be too strong for beginners or anyone sensitive to caffeine. I’d also recommend starting with half a scoop if you’re unsure—this stuff is potent. Overall, if you're looking for a serious pre-workout with a proper kick, Grenade delivers.

This mixes really well. You get a pretty instant hit. It smells like most pre-workouts and tastes better than a lot of other brands. Effective at providing a boost of energy. Slightly more expensive than other brands.

Had a slight effect. Not as good as the others I have tried and the taste is far too sweet.

The ingredients look good and decent dosages, citrulline for example should be a clinically effective dose. But honestly all I felt was the caffeine, no tingles, no pump. After the initial mild energy boost it quickly deteriorated into a weak sickly feeling, and then comes the massive crash where you just want to spend the rest of the day in bed. YMMV as supplements hit differently for different people but for me this stuff is terrible. Also as per other reviews packaging is terrible unless you have baby hands.
